Key factor of embroidery costing

·        Lay of embroidery

Calculating embroidery cost :

·        Rate per unit design

·        Number of stitch needed to complete a design

Cost per dozen :

( stitch quantity ×12 ÷12000 stitch per unit ) ×rate per unit design

Example :

·        100 pc t-shirt ,

·        stitch quantity =900 ,

·        rate 0.25$ per unit

   = ( 900×12÷12000)×0.25

   = 2.25$

  100 pc or 8.33 dozen cost = 2.25×8.33 =18.75$
